Jaquelynne Radcliff

Artistic Director

Jaquelynne Radcliff has been a performing arts instructor for over a decade. She is also a theatre director and choreographer. She recently won two awards from the Montclair State Theatre Night Awards for “Best Choreography in a Musical” for her work in Hello, Dolly! at Madison High School, and won the Jo Anne Fox Award for theatre education, which is given to one theatre educator in the state of NJ annually. She was classically trained in ballet, tap, jazz, pointe, lyrical, modern, hip hop, and a member of the studio dance company, where she was a Disney Cast member, performed for the Philadelphia 76ers, The Al Albert's Show, The Millennium Show in Philadelphia, The Mummers Fancy Brigades, and the Royal Caribbean and Carnival Cruise Lines. She is also available for shows, camps, or special projects.

Jessie Dromsky-Reed

Ballet Technique and Modern Teacher

Jessie Dromsky-Reed began her career on stage as a dancer, joining the intensive program at the New Jersey School of Ballet at 9 years old before moving on to New Jersey Ballet’s Junior Company.  She has danced at regional theaters across New Jersey including at the NJPAC, the Mayo PAC, and the Papermill Playhouse, and in the New Jersey Ballet Company's productions of The Nutcracker (Clara, Snowflake), Don Quixote (Townsperson), Sleeping Beauty (Garland), and many others.  

Jessie graduated from Hamilton College where she received her B.A. in English Literature and Russian Studies.  While at Hamilton, she was captain of the Dance Team and worked with guest choreographers such as John Castagna, David Hernandez, and Jeremy Raia.  Jessie attended the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA) in New York City, studying through the pandemic and finishing with a certificate in musical theater performance.  

Her recent productions include Grease (Cha Cha & Dance Captain; Madison Public Theater); A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum (Dance Captain; The Barn Theatre); Don Giovanni (Ensemble; Light Opera of New Jersey); The Book of Will (Alice; Chester Community Playhouse); Kiss Me, Kate (Dance Captain; Madison Public Theater); Pagliacci (Ensemble; International Festival of the Voice); and Tuck Everlasting (Dance Captain; Chatham Playhouse). 

When not at working Rad Theatricals or performing, Jessie works in the Marketing and Development departments at the South Orange Performing Arts Center (SOPAC).  She loves to travel and make music with her family.


Paige Porter

Vocal Director

Soprano C. Paige Porter is a native of Portsmouth, VA, now actively performing in the New York and New Jersey area. Ms. Porter has been a soloist in a number of major works, including Handel’s Messiah, Mozart’s Mass in C Minor, Bach’s Cantata Nos. 51 and 80, and Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9 and Mass in C. Opera credits include Countess Ceprano in Rigoletto with Nickel City Opera, Papagena in The Magic Flute, Trio in Trouble in Tahiti at Hubbard Hall Opera theater, and Fiammetta in The Gondoliers and Diana in Orpheus in the Underworld for Light Opera of New Jersey, as well as chorus work for the Opera Orchestra of NY, Opera NJ and Spoleto Festival USA. Ms. Porter received her Bachelor of Music degree in voice performance from Westminster Choir College, and her Master of Music degree from Manhattan School of Music. She sang in both Westminster Symphonic Choir and Westminster Choir under the direction of Joe Miller for two years and participated in two Westminster Choir recordings. She is a cantor and Soloist at Blessed Miriam Teresa Parish in Bayonne, and teaches voice lessons in Madison and Boonton NJ.
