Summer Camps 2024

  • All camps (except BFA Bootcamp) run from 10AM-4PM Monday through Friday (with the exception of July 4th).

  • Before-care (8-10AM) and After-care (4-6PM) available for an additional $200 a week. Email jaquie@radtheatricals.com to add this to your account.

  • Camps are appropriate for specific age groups. Please see below. If you have a student interested in a camp outside that age range, please email jaquie@radtheatricals.com to see if it possible to add your student into it.

  • A minimum, non-refundable deposit of $100 must be made to secure a space in camp. All remaining fees are due April 1st. Any camp registrations after April 1st must be paid in full at the time of registration.

  • Camps are $400 a week for current students (students currently enrolled in Rad Theatricals classes or taking consistent weekly voice lessons) or $500 a week for new students. If you are unsure which category you fall into, just ask!

  • One form per student must be filled out fully. Click on Register Now to enroll in camp.

  • If your student has any allergies or medical needs we should know about, please email jaquie@radtheatricals.com so we can ensure the safety and wellbeing of your student.

“In Summer” Frozen Camp

June 24-June 28

Spend the week doing all things “Frozen” with scenes, songs, dancing, crafts, an indoor snowball fight, movie day, ice cream day, dress up day, a service project, and lessons in ELA, science, and social studies. The week ends with a performance for caregivers. Enjoy all the fun of theatre camp “in summer.” Ages 4-12.

A Jungle Adventure

July 1-July 5 (No class July 4th)

Join us for a fun week filled with Jungle fun! Songs and dances from The Jungle Book, movie day, crafts, lessons in science and ELA, and a service project. The week ends with a short performance for caregivers of The Jungle Book. Ages 4-12.

Give My Regards to Broadway

July 8-July 12

Spend the week learning songs and dances from some of Broadway’s most classic musicals, including Annie, The Sound of Music, Guys and Dolls, 42nd Street, The King and I, and The Music Man. We will watch musicals, do mock auditions, work on a service project, workshop a song for their audition book, and be visited by a guest artist. The week ends with a Broadway Cabaret for caregivers. Ages 8-15.

Just Imagine

July 15-July 19

A week of imaginative theatre! Puppetry, improv, and production numbers around the wonders of using our imagination! Crafts, story writing, movie day, and a service project involved. The week ends with an imagination cabaret for caregivers. Ages 4-12.

Spend the week with all things Taylor Swift! We will learn songs from her albums and learn choreography to the most danceable bops. We will make friendship bracelets, sing karaoke, and do a service project. The week ends with a concert for caregivers. Ages 8-15.

At the Movies

August 19-August 23

Spend the week studying the best movie musicals of all time! We will learn iconic songs and dances and restage them for an end of week performance for caregivers. We will work on a video project where we restage “What a Feeling” from Fame, which will be sent to our families. Ages 8-15.

BFA Bootcamp

August 19-August 30 from 6-8PM

Hoping to pursue a BFA in musical theatre in college? This Bootcamp will prepare you for what to expect in the process. Dance classes in ballet technique, basic tap, and jazz classes. Analyze monologues and work on acting and voice choices. Do a monologue masterclass with your peers. Spend time one-on-one with a voice coach to assess your range and discuss good song options for your prescreens. Attend a Q&A with a college coach to discuss the process and ask all of your questions. Parents are invited to attend the Q&A session. Open to kids in grades 11 and 12. Get a discount on prescreen preparation after completion of camp. $1,000 for the two week session. Limit of 15 participants to ensure individualized focus and preparation.
